Bullards Bar Resevoir

Located 42 miles from Marysville in California's Tahoe National Forest. Drive 12 miles east on Highway 20. Turn left on Marysville Road at Browns Valley. Go 12 miles to Willow Glen Road. Turn right arid proceed another 18 miles to Bullard Bar Dam. The dam is controlled by the U.S. Forest Service. There are group picnic areas, campgrounds, boat access campgrounds, boat ramps, vista points, hiking trails, fishing and supplies to serve your family's needs. The dam is located near Camptonville on the north Yuba River. It operates on a first come first serve basis with no reservations required. Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds

Located at 442 Franklin Ave., in Yuba City. Maximum number R.V.’s . Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds: Regular (hookup to 20 amps) i. e. water, power, etc. 150 to 175. Partial 250 to 300. Call (530) 674-1280.

 

Sycamore Recreation

Located 13.5 miles east of Marysville on State Highway 20. Entrance to resort is 1/2 mile east of the intersection of Marysville Road and I-Highway 20. Sycamore Ranch covers over 250 acres. RV sites, tent camping, restrooms, showers, camp store, RV dump station, rental units, recreation hall, propane services, rafting, canoeing, fishing, gold panning, snack bar. Camp Far West Lake

Located on the Bear River, near Wheatland, approximately 22 miles from Marysville. Take Highway 65 South from Marysville for approximately 13 miles, turn left on Rio So Road. Follow signs to Camp Far West Reservoir. There is boating, fishing, swimming and camping. For more information call 530-645-8069.

 

Collins Lake

Located 22 miles from Marysville. Drive 12 miles east on Highway 20. Turn left on Marysville Road at Browns Valley. Go 10 miles to Collins Lake entrance (Rd. 269) sign. Collins Lake is open all year. There are 12 1/2 miles of shoreline with group picnic grounds, a general store, a double concrete launching ramp and a marina with Moorage berths. You can water ski, fish, swim, and camp. Boats, canoes, kayaks and paddleboats are available for rent. For current rate schedule and reservations call (530) 692-1600.

 

Englebright Dam & Reservoir

Located approximately 20 miles east of Marysville. Take Highway 20 east from Marysville turn left on Mooney Flat Road (just past Smartsville), following signs. There are boating, water skiing, fishing and picnic areas. Camping is primitive and provided on a first come first serve basis. There is a marina at Skippers Cove 1-530-6392272. Oroville Dam & Lake

Located approximately 40 miles northeast of Marysville. Take Highway 70 north out of Marysville to Oroville. Turn right on Oro Dam Blvd., to Olive Highway, turn right and follow signs to lake. Fishing, boating, swimming, water skiing and camping facilities are available. Some areas are Bidwell Canyon, Loafer Creek, and Lime Saddle. For more information call 1-530-5342324.
